Terms of use

Using RideRadar
By using RideRadar you agree to these terms. RideRadar is provided by KamotoPH, Philippines. You must be old enough to ride legally where you live, or have a parent’s or guardian’s permission.
Safety comes first
- Do not handle your phone while riding. Set up the group and the route before you leave, and mount your phone securely.
- Directions, distances and positions can be wrong or late (GPS, signal, map errors). Always follow road signs and traffic rules.
- SOS alerts reach only your group. In an emergency, call the local emergency number (911 in the Philippines).
Groups, viewers and chat
- Share a group code only with people you ride with. Anyone with the code can join and see the group.
- Only invite viewers you trust; they can see your position while you share it.
- Do not use RideRadar to track people without their consent, to harass anyone, or to send illegal or abusive content.
- Hosts can remove riders. We may delete groups or block access when these terms are broken.
Access codes
If your version of RideRadar asks for an access code, each code works on the number of phones it was issued for. Codes can be turned off if they are shared publicly or misused.
No guarantee
RideRadar is provided “as is”. We work to keep it running, but the service may be interrupted, and maps, routing and positions may contain errors. To the extent the law allows, KamotoPH is not liable for losses from using or not being able to use the app.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Questions: support@kamotoph.com.
