Delete your data
RideRadar has no accounts, so most of your data is deleted from inside the app.
From the app (immediate)
- Leave the group: tap the leave icon next to the group code → Leave group. Your position and rider entry are removed from the group straight away.
- If you are the host: choose Delete group instead. The group’s riders, chat and route are deleted for everyone.
- Remove the app from your phone to delete your name, settings and your random RideRadar ID stored on it.
By email
To delete anything else, such as chat messages you sent in a group that still exists, or access-code records for your phone, email support@kamotoph.com with the subject “Delete my data”. Include the group code and your rider name. We delete it within 15 days and confirm by email.
What is deleted, and what may remain
